In-house measurement and geometrical compliance

If you need to verify the attributes of a product for compliance, Opus ST manufactures and calibrates your gauging device according to your parts. Based on the physical characteristics of your product (plastic, metal, aluminium) and its usage, we can develop a gauging device per attribute. Our gauging devices are designed and manufactured according to your specifications and to facilitate handling by the operator. The device is made to measure in our assembly and calibration lab. It is adapted to your part and to the operators. Your teams can thus handle the gauging device easily on the production line and ensure measurement consistency. If you wish to measure each dimension independently, we provide checking fixtures.

Gauge R&R

All our products are designed to produce highly reliable measurements. To validate them, we carry out gauge R&R testing in our lab using a sample of your parts. Our solution is thus fully validated before it enters your shop floor.
